Getting our customers exactly what they had in mind always brings joy to our staff. Recently, actually two months ago we had a client that wasn’t happy with the color reproduction on their photographs. This was the first time this has happened, but we educated our customer on the steps that would be necessary and asked for their patience as we work with our vendor to get it corrected. Though we’re certainly not happy it took nearly 2 months, we’re very happy to get our customers what they expect, no matter the cost or time that it takes to get there. This is part of what we call the CharlotteVibe Photography experience. We enjoy our customers!
