Though its been our policy for sometime now, I wanted to take a moment to bring attention to the matter. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the print you received due to its color quality, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order. We will then ask you to make an appointment to come back into the office so that we can jointly discuss the quality issues. Afterwards, we will make the corrections and order new prints for you. We never consider a shoot complete until the customer has their order in hand and is very happy with the end results.
