Corporate event photography is always fun, and you can tell that Evans Delivery Company has been doing this for years. Each year the company puts on an event to celebrate the partners that make their business work. Friday the events were held in Charlotte at the NASCAR Hall of Fame. The night was meant for everyone to meet and greet each other while having fun playing the games offered by the NASCAR Hall of fame and touring the exhibits. The second night of the weekend was held at the Westin in Charlotte, NC. This night was to recognize all of the partners and their efforts and what a gala it was. The night was produced much like the awards shows that you see on TV, complete with a custom seating chart so that camera and light crew could cut o the winners as they were announced. Every winner had different music to play as they were presented with their plagues and trophies. We also setup a photo booth for everyone to take photographs outside of the ballroom and instantly receive a print as a keep sake for the night. It was a lot of fun and a great weekend of meeting new people.
