Homes must be photo ready and will be photographed as is. All repairs, decluttering, and styling must be complete prior to arrival. All selected images will be delivered electronically within 5 business days unless otherwise agreed.

– Home Under 999k – $370
– Home $1,000,000 plus – contact for quote
Homes outside of Charlotte will incur additional cost of $1 per mile roundtrip.
